Interior
1. Clean all dirty surfaces for proper adhesion.
2. Move all furniture to the center of the room and cover up.
3. Tape or cover all fixtures to prevent them from being spattered.
4. Repair nail holes, and cracks.
6. Caulk wall penetrations.
7. Prime when and where needed.
8. Apply 2 coats of paint to all surfaces.
9. Cleanup, remove tape, plastic and tarps.
10. Locate furniture to original position.


Exterior
1. Pressure wash exterior of home to prepare surface for painting.
2. Repair cracks, rotted wood, nail holes,etc.
3. Caulk where needed to provide a weather tight exterior.
4. Cover or tape surfaces not to be painted.
5. If needed apply a sealer to provide better adhesion to chalky surfaces.
6. Apply 2 coats of paint to all surfaces.
7. Cleanup, remove tape, plastic, and tarps.
